    Question Sayer Lake

I was reading an article in Pennsylvania Outdoor News, that this spring they found a lot of crappie on shore dead. The biologist with the Fish and Game Commission, is blaming spawning stress for making black crappies vulnerable to common bacteria. This was on Sayers Lake. They are doing test on them, but apparently they haven't come to an answer yet. Keith

i live right by sayers, and i know they had high levels of E. Coli in the lake, but i wasnt aware that it was killing the crappies.
