Went to the Tioga Hammond lakes in Tioga cty last week, first time ever there. I was planning on hitting Hammond but landed up at Tioga by mistake and figured I might as well try it as I was there. Fished the Rt 15 bridge pileings and picked up 1/2 dozen nice size crappie and a few small ones. Adding a couple perch to them made for a nice day. Fished with jigs and minnows, just casting to the pileings, letting it sink and then a slow retrieve.
