    Default Fall 09 fish together

How about a fall fish together on Shenango? If so what is the best time of the month to go? Gimme a date and we'll start planning.

I like to go after they pull the docks, but just my choice.

I'd say October 17 would be a very good day, according to my log book. I'd post some pics from that weekend, last year, but i dont want to get everyone excited too early.:D

Never doubt the log book of Captain Chauncy. I'll be boatless Oct 17, 24, 31 as Sr. and mom are heading on a 16 day cruise on a bigger boat. If the 17th ends up as the day I may be able to get Captain Jim from work to hit the water if that is not the first day of small game season---have to check the calendar. Better stock up on crappie nibbles I guess.

Not much of a responce about the fish together. I'm inclined to trust Chaunc and his log book and try for October 17th. Chime in please.

It'll work for me. Chaunc says fish on the 17, I'm fishing on the 17. If he says their biting in the puddle behind Wal-mart, I'm there. See who ever is going on the Oct. 17 I may have a seat if someone needs one, but not sure on that yet.

OK so we're set for October 17th on Shenango. I'm looking forward to it. Lots of work but not a lot of fishing lately.

Hope we can get a decent turnout for this. We'll have a few things to discuss also.

Got word that microspoons is sending up some jigs and spoons for us. How about posting if you are coming to fish. I'd like to know how much fish to bring for the fishfry.

My schedule looks open yet for that day right now, but appear to be boatless though due to schedules of my boat owning buddies. One of my co-workers got drawn for a cow elk permit for PA so he is likely on scouting duty preparing for that.
