I think the best thing you could do is fill a reel with 8lb crystal fireline.It has no stretch and it has really proven itself to me this year when your down 5o or so feet many of the subtle pecks are not felt with mono.,but you feel everything with the fireline!!!Honest my buddy and i were up erie a week or so ago and i just hammered them with the fireline and he wasnt. switche rods with him and he limited out pronto also. BIG Difference. Also a rig called the subaci rig i picked up two when i was in erie it has a little glow bead on like little plastic wings.The ej has em on board for sale they really work. also a few maybe 3/4 and even a couple 1oz and 2oz sinkers. depending on how rough it is you need heavier sinke to keep it down.

Good post by ICENUT! Only thing I can add is if you don't have any crappie or Sabaki rigs you can just go with a size 4 or 6 hook with an ounce of weight. Sometimes less is more!

I'm assuming they will have some tackle on the boat like the other boat did? The 1 & 2 oz sinkers, rigs, etc? Since Sportsmans warehouse closed up I don't have anywhere close to get that stuff. Tried Dick's and Dunhams with no luck.

It was resonably priced too right?

Total ...................... = 23

25 max so if there are updates please let me know ASAP.
