Met George and his son Matt today and fished the north shore line. We caught and released quite a few crappies. Way too many to count. Even did some bluegill fishing. Had a great time meeting and fishing with them. Here's a few pics.
Matt showing off one of his slabs.

Shot of them with slabs in hand and cooler.

    And final cooler shot.

Thanks for fishing with me today. Hope you guys take that offer to join KCA and also fish with us on the 19th.

My brother and the Reverand went out with me today. Rev came up from N.C. to visit his former church family and do some fishing. We kept 27 crappies and 23 bluegills for him to take back home. Not a bad day for a little more than 4 hours fishing. Got run off the lake before 12, by the storm. Here's Rev with a slab.

And with his best friend Rich, my brother.

Just want to thank the rev for fishing with me and my brother today. Have a great sermon tomorrow.

Hello Chaunc, Just happened to notice your Mantis canopy mount in one of the pictures. I have to thank you for the tip on those. I bought a pair for my boat, and today was the test day. What a setup, can't believe how nice they were, kept the sun off us all day. The multi positioning is the greatest! Thanks for the tip.

Glad i could help. Altho they are pretty pricey, they're worth every penny to me. Adjustability is unbelievable. It can block the sun from any angle, easily. And as long as the wind is below 20mph, it's also good in the rain.:D
