Had my brother up visiting for the weekend and was planning to fish for some crappie. The early week weather and the Army Corps changed that with the lakes being closed over in Tioga county. By about noon on Sat it was just too nice and we hooked up the boat and headed to Owasco, one of the Finger Lakes in NY. No real eaters, but we landed up catching a slew of perch and rock bass. Made for a nice day on the water, but sure would liked to have had a slew of eater crappie.
