Gave the crappies a break today and headed to erie. Dad and I took my boat up and landed over 75 perch and kept 60. We caught alot of Jumbos biggest around 13 1/2" lots over 12". Lake was almost smooth , caught our fish in 42 fow about 4 miles west of Walnut marina and about 1 1/2 miles out from shore. It was a beautiful day out with Dad , now time to fillet. Forgot the camera but here is a cell picture of the Livewell towards the end.

Nice job. I have been thinking about fishing erie lately. I hesitate since i dont have a marine radio and I should have one for erie. How big is your boat if you dont mind me asking?

I have a 18' Crestliner. Lake was very calm we were only a 1 1/2 miles from shore. Lots of small boats in the perch pack 14 and 16 footers.
