Would appreciate to know if the recent rains have raised the lake and effected the clarity of the water -- would like to launch at Golden Run.

I haven't been up since the beginning of the month, but i talked to my brother yesterday, and he said the lake is up and muddy. Dont let that stop you from coming tho. Fish formula 2 will get their attention.

Hi Chaunc, What is this fish formula 2 ? I havn't heard of that stuff before ! How was the fishing on KY Lake? We got to get out this week and do some fishing ! Zimmy

Fish attractant. It's a liquid spray that smells like licorice. I'll be at the lake in the AM to do some scouting. Had a fantastic trip this year. Decided to go after the big bluegills and shellcrackers since i already have crappies in the freezer. Caught over 200 one day but didn't keep many. Also got a couple limits of 9 to 11" shellcrackers. Here's a couple pics.

Hi Chaunc thank you for the info. And that is a big bunch of gills ! How many knives have you went through ? Cleaning all those fish. I looked at the weather.com and wednesday it is to be nice other than that rain. and this weekend comming up is to be cooler again. I'll give you a post when I can make it out. Zimmy
