Default Big Bass Lake, PA

New to the board here- I usually fish the salt and can be found on SOL, but I find myself getting back into sweetwater fishing with 2 lil' ones at home.

Anyone know if Big Bass Lake in the Poconos has a decent crappie population? How about catties or bluegills? Heading up there in mid-May for a bachelor party and not sure what to expect.

It used to be decent for crappie...I wouldn't say extremely good though. For the past 2 years the lake was down by about 3 feet for dam maintenance leaving the deepest part of the lake at around 5 feet. The recently filled it back up before the winter set in. Not sure what it's like fishing now
