First Fish Together for 2008

Well I'm happy to say I'd like to schedule our first fish together for 2008. I want to go to Pymatuning within the next month. Let's try to settle on a date.

Any suggestions?

If your talking April I would not make the weekend trout opens. Any other weekend I can do and would more that glad to help out.

We always go to Two Mile County park (Justice Lake) above Franklin Pa for the weekend of the trout opener. We usually camp for the weekend. If anyone is interested It's a great place to enjoy a spring day or weekend fishing.

How about the third or forth weekend in April? The 19th or the 26th are the last two Saturdays in April. You guys know if it might be the later the better as far as the action goes.

Water should be a little warmer and fish (crappie + Walleye ) should be better on the bite. Same place as last year for the launch and the meeting ? By then we'll have some info on the fishing their. Let's go! Zimmy

The 12th is out I guess, opening day of trout. Doesn't matter to me I usually don't go trout fishing.

The 19th works better for me. I have plans on the 26th. That Sunday might work for me, the 27th.

I have not been able to make a fish together before, but would love to attend on the 19th if that happens. I tried Pymy a couple times last year for the 1st time with little success for crappies and could certainly use a little advise. The 27th will not work for me, as I will be in Georgia. Thanks!

Anyone opposed to having them on Sundays this year? Saturdays are out for me because of baseball.

Hey, if the 12th works for everyone else have it on the 12th no bid deal, I'll catch the next one. I'm not that big on trout either, this is more of a get together with few buddies that we do every year.

With this crazy weather there still might be ice on the lakes.

I did'nt say the 19th and the 26th because of first day of trout. I just thought the fishing would be better, but then again, I don't know Pymy as well as you guys. I was just trying to throw out some some days.

It does'nt matter to me if the fish togethers are Saturday or Sunday.
