Default Does anyone have a Humminbird SI?

I am considering purchase in the next week or so and would like some feedback before I spend a couple thousand dollars.

I have the 997 and love it. Not just for the side imaging but the gps as well. I got the Hot Maps card and it has the lakes I fish on it. The beauty of it is, while side imaging if you see something that you want to try out you don't need to stop, just pause your screen, cursor over and mark the spot. You now have a waypoint that you can navigate back to with your gps. It's a great unit. (of course the side imaging images are awesome)

Just to wet your apetite. The mouth of this cove has some really big pipes running across it. A small school of fish can be seen just north of it off to the right, notice their shadows, the shadows help you determine how deep the fish are.

The next pic I copied off the main forum. Anything above the line is drawn in but it's obviosly a school of crappie near some pilings.

Stripers and crappie beware! I just ordered a 997 SI. I am so excited that I paid for overnight shipping.

If I were you. I would go to Humminbird.com and post that shot in there contest they have. I have one in the first month they were taking them .
And the winner gets a shirt or something. I can't remember. But that shot is great.
I have the older 987c.
