Perch are fun, but those gills fight more.
Perch are easier to clean, I think.

That's a nice perch. I'd like to have a bunch of both cleaned and in the freezer for the winter. I'm not picky!!!!!!!!!!!!

You're a better man than I am. That perch would be in my freezer right now had I caught it :-).

Nice fish.

Not to mention that its Master Angler sized here in Colorado. Not sure about other places.

Thats a dandy,Sherry caught 1 about 11" a couple weeks ago.A friend of ours caught 1 the same day about the same size also.

Here's a nice one i got from shenango lake. We dont see many eaters like that except in spring.

We have them around here but the ones that I've caught have been small. They are some mighty fine eating though. If I could catch a mess of them it would be fine with me.

Nice looking perch. I loved catching them when I lived in WI. Don't have them here in South GA. My personal best was 13" when I was 14 (30 years ago) from the Sheboygan River.
