Smile Fishing with daughter

My daughter and I got to go fishing today. Caught 28 fihs, bluegill, redear and crappie. Had a great day. Daughter is 24 and has fished all of her life. Her 16 month old son ( my 1st and only grandchild) has been in the boat with me already. He will be brought up to fish. All fish were caught on jigs I tied and fishing rod I built. Makes it extra special for me.

Sounds like you are a father and a grandpa to be proud of. I can tell you that there is NOTHING like the love of a grandparent and what they share.
Bless you!

Default Pat

I fish lakes and fish jigs by cast and retrieve. I use 1/32 oz. dart head and ball heads on 4 lb Tectan line with 7ft. ultra light rod. jigs are tied with hair, feather, chenille and /or fur. Always tip jig with a bee moth. We have cleaned appx. 1000 panfish so far this year, all on jigs.
