o yes they are some good grilled.has anyone tried them in the microwave.
i got this from an aunt of my wife's: take your fish season with italian dressing in browning bag ,you can add salt and or pepper as you like.
Allow 5-7 minutes cooking time per cm of thickness (10 minutes per inch) for fresh fish.
Allow 10-12 minutes cooking time per cm of thickness (20 minutes per inch) for frozen fish.
Fish is ready when fish is opaque and flakes easily.i cook fish on high in our microwave.
