Default Ky Lake Fall bluegill ??

Can anyone tell me if bluegill/redear fishing on Ky Lake is any good in the fall? Headed to the Paris Landing area in a week or so and have always crappie fished then but would love to catch some bluegill. Any suggestions?

Haven't tried myself..........but some have said they are catching nice gills in 15ft brush while crappie fishing. Don't really know where the shellcrackers go this time of year.

We fish Ky Lake in the fall, end of Oct. first week in Nov. usually. It's just like bgcastreel says, around 15' around brush piles. we fish near the bottom, fish all tend to be about the same size so if they are little you have to do a little searching. Another thing about the Fall is every thing is biting so you never know what you'll catch. Alot of small Yellow Bass.
