Default Silk worms for bait?

Since theyve basicly destroyed my brussel sprouts plants, i figured id exact my revenge via fishing hook!
Im not sure exactly what ya call them, we always called them a silk worm, since they sorta leave a spider web like silk behind them. They are a bright green with neon green guts, should be lotsa eye appeal. A big one will go about 2 inches long, probably got 70 or so off of 4 plants. I figure the bluegills im catching might like them, might save a few bucks on wax worms.

Whatcha got there I think, are cabbage moth larvae. Get 'em all the time on cabbage, broccoli, etc. Them purty little white butterflies lay the eggs. They look like fish catchin' little buggars to me, I'd get some revenge on them for what they've eaten if you've a mind to.
