Nice looking fish, when you say and show the boats bed fishing are they keeping the fish they catch? Are there creel limits or size limits on that lake? Catch and release restrictions? I have family that lives near there and they talk about all the restrictions on the watersheds in Southern California.

    Thnx guys
Saw them loading a 100 quart ice chest into one of the rentals at the marina - don't think they were CPR. They started a 25 fish limit on panfish (mix bag & no size) ~ 3years ago. Pic # 7 is the same area ~2hours later, 2 boats left. Trolled over to talk to Mike and popped an 11" post spawn CNBG in 28 FOW. Didn't look like the fish were co-operating on the beds.... Another reason I like fishing deep is because the fish are hungry all most all the time.
Gotta get my live well fixed - time to stock up on some fish tacos. Anything 10" and over or female with eggs get a pass on the boat.
You need to try some SoCal fishing Stan.

Would those fish live coming up from so deep even if you tried to release them.In your thread you said you do release them do you do anything special to get them back down to 28 ft?
