    I have say this yawl , a while back I managed a real nice warmouth down in the river by my work , but to be sure it wasn't any nicer than this one from this week .....man was it a girthy thing .....and I for sure thought oh yeah I got me a real river slab crappie .....
    then up comes this old war dog ....bet it could tell some stories for sure
    and I guess it might even be the same fish ? it wasn't terribly far away from where I got the other fish

    btw way yawl I put them up on the screen here side by side and nope ....the markings don't match up

    That is a nice one. I'm not sure we have those in my local lake (Perris Lake) but I have caught them in other reservoirs here in southern Calif. Our lakes are filled with water from up north and allot of species get into the lakes that were not stocked originally, Warmouth included. I have never caught one that big but looking forward to the day I do.
