Thread: 7' Rod Pics

Thought I will share pics of this model rod, IP842 7' Med.Lt. I'm mounting alot of EVA foam handles this year to hold down prices, it really feels good! I have it loaded with a 4oz. sinker. What do you think? I'll have this rod & others to try out at the get-together.

Good looking rod! I haven't bought a new one this year so I'll probably come home with something after the 14th. I like the foam handles for a rod holder or when spider riggin but don't care for them for a rod I cast. Prefer cork for that.

Thanks Floyd; I will have a few cork also plus some driftwood, you just have to feel to believe how sensitive the wood handles are, plus if you drop your outfit overboard it floats!!!

I got to tell ya takin pics of a rod is not easy, I think my next ones will have a water backdrop....good way to test e'm too!
