Guys, I'd like to see if we can't get the numbers up on our Oklahoma board. I am sure others of you already talk about Crappie.com to other Crappie fishermen you meet on the water. I know I do. Our numbers have grown probably two fold in the last 6 months alone.
I encourge all Oklahoma members to invite any Crappie fishers they meet up with to visit us at Crappie.com. I am only a mere messenger and receive nada for my part here. I'm here because I enjoy it. I love Crappie fishing and have never had a problem trying to help someone else increase their catch. I've already met some great folks through this website. Meeting more in Oklahoma would only make things better.
So do what you can for us, while you're unloading, loading, passing by, whatever. Spread the word and let's get as many Crappie fishermen/women as possible to visit.
Any single women out there that loves to Crappie fish, age 46-54, we ought to meet, you could be my dream woman...(guys need not apply)
Thanks to everyone that helps make the Okie board as good as it is.

"Never Fry Bacon Naked"
I've asked people out at Blackwell before if they had been on c.c before and have struck out. LOL it's kinda awkward when you think you're fishin next a c.c'er but you're not sure so you don't want to say "hey i'm OKSTATEjiggy"
"Mister, I love the way you wear that hat."
"You don't know nothin'."
I tell folks that there is a good website where a bunch of Oklahoma Crappie fishermen go. Or I have asked, "Ever hear of Crappie.com"? Many ways to break the ice to gain a new friend and possibly, a complete new encyclopedia of info on that particular body of water.

Hey Reaper that is what I basically do and some of the folks I have encountered around the lakes i fish have acted interested but, Don't know for sure if any have signed up yet. There have been a few that has seen the site and like it,but have yet to sign up. I told them that it is a great site and that you won't receive a bunch of junk mail (spam) if your a member because thats not the way slab operates. I have my screen name on the side of my boat and hoping that we decide on a state sticker to help get the word out there. I even have crappie. com on the side of my bass boat. I haven't made the letters up to put it on my 21 foot center console.
MT.DEW AND JP8 IN THE MORNING GETS THE BLOOD FLOWING.
I have promoted this site to all my friends and family, they visit and read but so far none have become members (that I know of) with the exception of Jason. When we get this Oklahoma forum off the ground we will definitely promote C.C as in my opinion this is one of the best forums for Crappie fishing anywhere. I would reccomend this site to anybody as it is clean, informative, family oriented and fun. It is also opinionated and full of tall tales and hard headed fishermen. LOL.
I've done all the fishing I want to do, I'm into the catching.
