Spider rigging works very well, either with a jig tipped minnow, or a minnow. I like the jig tipped ones better, because even if the minnow gets off and you don't notice it, you still have something in the water that will produce.

Would like comments on how to tie two (2) jigs/hook onto line when trolling, also what size weight and speed seems to work best?

Yup, Big George knows his stuff!! George have you seen the the Lindy Spider-rigging set-ups. It is much like the Capps and Coleman rig but with in-line spinners. Looks good. EB

I much prefer my set up with the sinkers with swivels in them I cant see where the spinners can help much but I have never seen the rig first hand 99 % of the time when getting hung alot in heavy cover egg weights cut you off and you loose part of the rig on a cc rig

I loved the weights that you give me I still have a few!! I have tried the egg sinkers and there is no comparsion. The Lindy Spider rig is called a "Flicker Rig" I have heard of a few fisherman using similiar rigs for really stained to muddy water( more viberation) You never know it may trigger more reaction bites on those tough days!! I have trolled little spinners before and it made the difference on some days. EB
