Leland and I was talking and the idea of local vendors having a show with a fee commensurate with equal pay only for renting the building split between vendors is an awesome idea. I hope Leland follows through on this because eventually the big namers would be forced to come to these events or be losers all the way around. The fees these people charge are exorbitant and small businesses just can't compete and so we lose a lot of excellent ideas and products because of it. I hope the large shows start getting a heads up and change their practices because we do live in America and a group mentality can overcome greediness.
I've done all the fishing I want to do, I'm into the catching.
