    Default Tenkiller levels

    with all the rain last week, IL river going crazy... does anybody know the level/condition of Tenkller. I am planning a trip there for mid April and was wondering??

    Once the incoming water settles down and if they keep releasing water like they're doing now, they should be capable of dropping it 1 foot a day. About 3/4 foot per day is probably more realistic. I hope to be there in a couple of weeks too. I'm dying to try out the new Humminbird side-imaging there.

    997??? used one last year there, seen some neat stuff, heck you can see road and all.

    what area you fishing?? we will concentrate on the cookson bend area, we have consistently getting 15-16 inch slabs:D

    I started with a 797 and love it. I used it on Lake Fork a couple of weeks ago until I broke the tranducer off. I'll probably get the 997 next year and put the 797 on my 14' boat. Thanks for the links!

    I usually fish the Cookson/Sizemore area. I think we might see each other out there every year. I have an 18' Astro fish & ski (black/red/silver).

    Yep, I think i have seen you, we are in my buddies green Lund... we use the heck out of downriggers

    Well, the lake had dropped down to 11 feet but we're getting some heavy rain today. I saw some pics from Easter weekend, the coves and sides of the main lake in the mid-lake area were still greenish colored with a big muddy stripe going down the main river channel.
