No kidding! After tearing them up last year (had my best days the first 2 Saturdays in March; 3rd and 10th), I haven't caught more than 10 fish this year! And I've been out there as much as possible. I can't even remember if I've caught a keeper out of T-bird this year. I've had to revert to other lakes every other weekend so I can actually catch fish.

The last time I was on the lake the temp was only 46 deg. it wont get good until the temp is in the middle 50's. According to some old timers they wait til it gets 57 or 58 before they get serious about fishing. These fronts have got it all messed up so far hope the weather straightens out soon and the wind drops a few notches.

Looks like the next few days the lows will not be below the high forties with the daytime highs in the high 60's to high 70's and sunny. I plan on hitting T-Bird Saturday so hopefully things will be looking up.

nighttime temps have been too low...couple more weeks. We have been in low 30's or lower almost every night. Doesnt matter how warm daytime gets if the night dips into low 30's

We have good highs this week and also some warm lows, I think that T-bird will really pick this weekend. Just need to get the winds down so we can get the boat out without being on a roller coaster.
