I'd be interested as well as long as you pros let me win sometimes! lol
I'd be interested in being someones partner in team tournaments. Not knowledgable enough to even compete with you guys as a boater. Sure would love to sit back and learn from some of you guys though!
You Okie boys have some great lakes to hold tournaments on. I know Paul and I feel like Oklahoma lakes are home lakes for us almost because Texas never held many tournaments.
I think our club will be a good thing and hopefully help build Crappie tournaments here in Texas. You guys build a club up and maybe in a few years we can have a Texas/Oklahoma shoot-out!

Ha Prov Teaxes Maybe Deen and I can fish some of the OK Tournaments

Hey Joe,

I think a crappie club could be a good thing. If its something that everyone can profit from, I think it would generate lots of interest. If the primary focus is tournaments then that will fire some up. But may turn some off. Most of us come to crappie.com to learn something new. If the club could be focused on educating its members, via tounaments, seminars, regular meetings, etc. Then we have something to offer the regular guy. If its primary focus is tournaments then this tends to only benefit just a few guys, and everyone else leaves feeling like they poured there money in a hole. I guess I am saying that if your itch is tournaments then a club could do this. If your desire is knowledge than a club could do this as well. Lets do it.
I don't have a fast boat like you tourny guys probably have, but I'd certainly be interested in a club and maybe fishing some tournaments.
I tend to agree with him. I would probably fish a few fun tournaments but have no desire to get back into competitive fishing or shooting heavily. I find it bores me - (been there, done that). I fish for fun (and food) and enjoy good company. I did not like the draw tournament format - more often than not I would have preferred to fish alone, with grandkids, or with Ike, my bird dog.
