    Default Okmulgee Lake

Crappie are spawning. Caught more Crappie than I wanted to count. Was a lot of fun. 12-19 foot of water on small pink jigs about 9-12 foot deep over brush. They are definitely spawning. Some are a week out and some are in the process. Surface Water temp 60-65 degrees depending where you are on the lake. Some of these little lakes are fun to fish when everything is muddy and flooded. If they have a spillway they are usually clear and normal just a day or two after the rains.
I've done all the fishing I want to do, I'm into the catching.

Glad to hear the bite is back on! I'll be out at my little hole in the morning drowning a few minnows.
