How is fishing out there lately?

I went out for a little while this afternoon, 3 p.m., and nothing to brag about. I didn't find any numbers on the bank and didn't find anything to speak of fishing brush in 30 feet of water or deep creek channel ledges.
The lake level was falling all day, as much as a foot by evening. It was still up about 2 feet at 6 p.m. Water temp was around 60 at the surface in open water and shallow, sheltered water was around 62.
