    Default Lights

hey guys i was thinking about buying one of those flouresent lights that just floats on the water. Will this work or do i need to get one of the green ones that goes down in the water? I just kinda thought the green ones looked kinda cheezy but they may work.

We'll hook up this summer. I'll show you my version.

Do a search for lights on this forum, and you will find plenty of info. If I was to buy another submersible, it would probably be one of Jumping Cholla Jigs setups.

Also, Rango has a great post about night fishing.

Matt and I night fish yr round. Its a hella nasty during the winter but ice skating in the boat while yelling FISH ON!!!!!!!!! makes it all worth it.

We have used both green and white flourescent tubes and have found almost no difference. Grab the cheapest wal-mart fish lights and go nuts. We use between one for each side up to 2 for each side of the boat.

Hey guys how long will the sterofoam floating lights last on a battery? It says they pull 4 amps. I was planning on bringing a xrtra battery just for them and hooking 2 up to it.
