OK, I know I'm being picky....but jeez people it's O-o-l-o-g-a-h, not Oulagah, Oolougha, or Oogala...![]()
its the e-net. its surpose to be short and miss spell words. its the america way... LOL
Falcon....Oologah is not your typical name, I am somewhat native, born in Ponca City, OK, raised in Claremore (right by the will rogers memorial) -- my favorite fishing hole was the men's retreat every year in January, and I caught a 7lb, 1 oz. bass off the Tallala Creek (if that's spelled right) bluff when I was only 8 years old. LOVE IT!

Yeah red you're right - forums just wouldn't feel right without misspelled words. And I know it's not the easiest name to spell but it just cracks me up every time I see a new version of it.
Shoot I never did worry about class I was to busy perfecting my hunting and fishing skills when I was younger. Might not be able to spell but can catch hell out of fish and harvest deer and ducks so I figured I would survive without learning how to spell !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There are places here in town that still spell it, "Oolagah". I don't know how many people I have heard pronounce it as ....Oogala.

I've done all the fishing I want to do, I'm into the catching.
Not that anyone cares but....Oologah means "black storm cloud."
