Looking for help on night fishing thunderbird
Have gone out a couple of times and caught a few, but am hoping to improve my chances. Have pretty much been fishing west side of lake to the north of LA boat ramp(I think it is hog creek)has some brush where it opens up into main body of lake. One of the problems is i think i am gettting there to late. Just wondered if anyone would be willing to share some info on different parts of lake and what kind of structure/depth. As you can tell pretty new to crappie fishing. Any and all help would be appreciated

Been busy just seen your post. Good spot for night fishing is infront of the water take out. Where they take drinking water out ot the lake. It is located just west of Fisherman's Point Boat ramp on the north side of lake. You can't miss it. If you have a depth finder set up in channel that feeds the outlet. They bite good on minnows and crappie nibbles. If you have a light it helps but nor required to catch fish. Good Luck! Let me know how you do. Been catching them at about a foot off bottom. If wind is blowing out of the south it can be rough. But worth it.
