Thread: Kaw Lake

Has anybody had any luck fishing Kaw Lake? Im not to far from there and thinking about trying it next week. If you have fished it what did you use and what areas did you fish? Ill include a pic of the lake. I didnt realize how big it is. 17,500 acres!

jwilson, have fished it in the winter months. There are some slabs there. Put in at the 'Sarge Creek' ramp and fished the brush-piles at the rip-rap. Mike Simpson with Crappie Magic lures lives at Arkansas City and fishes this lake ALOT. He has a web site www.crappiemagic.com
