What is the normal lake level for Oologah. The Corp list it at 638 which seems kind of low. I have fished it for many years but never payed much attention to the corp website that list levels untill recently. The corp is not releasing any water at 639.8 so what is normal these days. I know I have better luck crappie fishing in the spring when the water is up in the bushes.
