Thread: II Annual Crappie Get Together 3/27/10 Head Count

After reading about all the food, I am going to bring several energy drinks to sell so everyone can stay awake after lunch. Is anyone coming down early to fish? I am fishing Thursday and Friday down there.

I may come early and fish Friday but have to work out a few details first.

I've just re-read this entire thread to take inventory in my head of what dishes we will have. I had planned on making a list of all the different dishes and foods, but so far, this list is pretty good and I think almost everything is covered. So, no additional list will be necessary.

It appears we will have an abundance of main dishes and side dishes. We might need more side dishes of veggies and maybe some more commitments for deserts and drinks.

But even if we're a little short in one category or another, we all will eat and eat good. Looks like there will be plenty for all. And remember, its called a "pot-luck" dinner for a reason......... none of us know for sure just exactly what we'll be getting.:D

Hey Stink, I saw where someone is bringing some beans. Do you need any bowls? plates? etc.?

Stink - I have 2 water jugs that hold a total of 7 gallons and I was planning on using them for tea. I also have a coffee urn

From the picture I see that there are plates and glasses, not sure about silverware, but I think we will be ok peke, but if you want to bring some bowls, it might not hurt.

George, that should be enough tea and yes, please bring your coffee urn because we will all be drinking coffee. If you bring the coffee maker, I will bring the coffee.

Stink - I will bring the coffee urn and the tea for iced tea. I think someone said they would bring lots of ice.


To All - I will be out of state from Sunday morning until Wednesday or Thursday so do not PM me on anything related to the Get Together. Send it to Stink or Lip RIPPERS.

I will be driving down Sat AM. Probably just myself, but possibly two more. I will bring a peach cobbler or two.
