Flexplate, the way I share pics is to email them to those interested and I only send out the best ones...you know what I mean...no fingers up the nose. I also print up the very best and put in an album for all to see at the next meeting or get together. Just a thought for you and if you do it this way, best to get the email addresses.
Fishers!! I'll be giving some 'On the Water' demos of the Lowrance HDS with StructureScan & DownScan. So if you have some special spot you want to look at, I'll take you to look at it and,, well you know I'm in charge of way-points:D:D:D <*)}}}><
You'll see the difference,,,on the end of your line!

Folks, this picture is to jog your memories so you'll all remember how Camp Harbin appears from the road as you drive by.
Don't "drive by", pull in, sign in, and remember; We'll have an Early Bird drawing for the big Cabela's tote bag and several other items they sent for us.
Here is the link to the original thread.
Although this thread is locked and is drifting down the list of threads here in the forum, it contains some worthwhile info if anyone should care to read this thread. It was closed because the date of the meeting might have been confusing to some.
One important bit of info I came across while re-reading this post was the method the Park Rangers use to collect camping fees.
Find your campsite, set up, and the park ranger will be by to collect the fee. No one can reserve a site, they are first come, first serve.
I will be putting signs along the route all the way from the exit ramp at Highway 69 to Camp Harbin. I don't want anyone getting lost and not making it to the meeting. I hope this helps.

Never, never attempt to dry out shad in a $1000 Maytag convection oven......... never!
Here's some pictures of the meeting facility plus a few of the kitchen area.
I think our best bet for serving lunch will be to utilize the serving line\buffet style kitchen and have tables set up in the main room at the opposite end of the speaking area.
I'm open to suggestions for any ideas.

Notice in the last picture of the serving line there are two (2) doors each with a red exit sign. Both these doors open into the meeting area and will allow a line of hungry crappie fishermen, fisherwomen, fisherkids to enter at one end and exit the other will a tray of fiddles.
We might want to set up a table closer to the dining tables with the drinks and ice setting on the table. Plus we can use the trash cans for easy clean-up as we finish eating.

Stink, is there any chance of us getting in there Friday evening. If so maybe we could set up the tables that evening. That way we wouldn't have much to do but make coffe and register the folks Sat. morning.
Odie
Common sense isn't always that common!
No Odie, I wish we could but if I'm not mistaken, the meeting facility is booked for Friday, March the 26th with another group.
I'm just hoping they will be cleared out early enough Saturday morning for us to get set-up.
I'll be double checking to make sure, but even if there are no other parties there the night before, not sure the park officials will give us access early.
The rental actually runs from Saturday morning til Sunday morning.
I asked them when they were showing me the facility what time we could start and they said Saturday morning if the building was clear from the previous tenants.
We'll just have to hope we can get started early Saturday morning, otherwise, we will be somewhat rushed as we get set-up.
It'll all work out..... :D

I just discussed this with Leland and I want to share our idea regarding having a security person at the meeting;
We want to make sure our valuables are safe while we're inside the main building attending the meeting, so we will have security working the parking lot the entire time.
I won't go into details regarding the nature of the security or who will be working security, but rest assured, you will be able to relax while enjoying the meeting.![]()
