Pictures of Cabins for our March 27th Get-together
I finally got by and took some pictures today for those interested in getting a cabin for our get-together in March.
I have never been inside the cabins and was thinking they were more like a motel room. They're only sleeping quarters and nothing else. No chairs, no tables, no nothing except bunkbeds. These cabins are set up dormitory style, not family style.
The cabins only function is simply a bed. Shower and restroom facilities are in a separate building.
Here's an interior view of a cabin;

All the beds have been pushed to the side because they had just waxed the floors.
Another view;

And one more view;

Here's a picture of the shower facilities;

So, if you choose to get a cabin, just keep in mind that there is no bathroom or shower or anything else in the cabins. If you wake up in the middle of the night and need to go potty, you'll be walking about 75 feet or more to the nearest community shower/restroom.
I will ask crappiereaper to place a sticky on this "cabin" thread and start the list of who wants one of these cabins after seeing the interiors and understanding their only function is for sleeping.
Regardless if you asked for a cabin before, I want a new updated list and if you wanted one before and have changed your mind, then don't worry about it. You won't be obligated to take a cabin if you had rather stay in some local motel.
So, here we go folks. Let me know if you want a cabin after seeing the pictures and if you do, I will add your name to the list in this thread. I will edit as necessary to keep the list current.
If we get enough takers for a cabin, then I will reserve the cabins. If not, no harm no foul......... fair enough?

I see no reason to put a sticky on this thread or pursue trying to reserve any of these cabins. Let's let this thread disappear into oblivion.......
We'll all just focus on the meeting and try to make this the best "Get-together" possible.

Thanks, Stink for all your troubles. The SW and myself plan on being there.
