Thanks to the Oologah Corp office for a great day building fish structure! Each boat had a Lowrance H2O Ifinder courtesy of Lowrance. I took mine and marked the ones we put in for my self in case I get up there before they get published.

It was a good day, I spoke to the corps afterwards and they said we put in about 60 or so brush piles. This was my first one and I was surprised at the size of some of them. My boat put some in that were 15 to 20 feet across and the some that were 10 or 15 feet high!
I wish the corps at some of the other Tulsa area lakes were as active as Oologah. Skiatook doesn't have a brush day at all.

I went fishing for a couple hours afterwards and caught 20 keepers in an hour. Same as usual; off brush with minnows. I had to fish deeper piles (13 to 15 feet) because the water was rising but the bite was really strong. If your going out, go before the water starts dropping!

That is awesome, to see folks come together and make the fisheries a better place to fish. My hat is off to all of you.
