Has anyone been fishing standing timber at Oologah?
I was wondering if anyone has been dipping any standing timber on Oologah and if they had any luck. If so how deep and what bait?
Thanks, Robert

It has been three weeks since I have been so.....bite was slow but some biguns were caught. 3 foot deep and 2" yum wooly beavertails in pumpkin and chart. or 1.5" yum vibre king tubes black and chart. A gazzilion shad on the surface. Fish simply hanging out and waiting for a meal to come by. The ones I cleaned had a large amount of fat in their stomach cavity.
