Default Lake Tenkiller

Is Tenkiller any good? I will be going there toward the end of Sept. with family, and was wondering if the fishing was any good there. And any suggestions on where to start looking would be helpful as well.
Thanks.

Tenkiller is an awesome lake. I've only fished around Cookson. Lots of shad schooling in the coves, real easy to spot and catch with a cast net. I fish it mainly for bass but I did catch some crappie with jigs under my light. Good for blue catfish too. It seems one of the main fish there is the freshwater drum. I've never not caught a decent size drum fishing there.
