Default Greenleaf

Heading down to Greenleaf for the first time, will be down there over the 4th of July. I hear the crappie and bass are pretty good down there. Can any one advise me where the best place to fish for either species.

Fishing from a boat.

Also does this lake have the zebra muscles? and if so whats the best way to clean your motor to get rid of the little buggers?

Not sire about the mussels But I can tell you that we sunk lots of brush below the spillway around the railroad bridge it really looks good for fishing if it is not muddy from the water coming in from the river there are nice crappie down there just depends on what the water is doing

One concern is the Zebras hitchin a ride to a lake that does not have then. The tiny ones can get in the water passages of your motor where you can not see then. From what I understand, once your boat has been out of the water for 24-48 hours there is no problem.
