Default Skiatook Lake 11-10-09

Decided to go celebrate USMC's birthday today.

Cool. cloudy conditions water temp 61°. Today was mostly used for searching and experimenting. Marked some brushpiles for future fishing. Overall, the bite was light. In fact, sometimes my rod would just load up with no thump at all. Caught quite a few, but many were small. Brought home an even dozen nice fish. All on Jigum Jigs. Jig colors were baby blue/white, pink/black/chartreuse, pink/white,and chartruese/white. Baby blue/white still my best.

Glad someone has the time to fish right now. Hear the fishing is good too.
