    Hello. Just wanted to say hi. I'm from Dayton Ohio, and basically a newbie, lol. Any info would be greatly appreciated, and if there are any people near the Dayton are, I would love to hear about good places to fish

    Eastwood lake is a good option. The crappie bite should be turning on soon. CJ Brown is good too. There is a thread on here about it

    I haven't fished in quite a few yrs. Just got married almost 1 1/2 yrs ago, plus she has a daughter who lives with us. I need a hobby, always enjoyed fishing(plus a way to get away from the estrogen, lol). My wife just bought me a lot of stuff for my birthday, now I just have to buy my license. I am also unemployed due to layoff, so right now I have plenty of free time, lol

    A few of us that fish CJ Brown are meeting at the Cracker Barrel in Springfield (I 70 & SR 72) AT 8am Saturday the 24th. Anyone is welcome as we talk about what we use and who/why we us it. Stop in and say hi ,I learn every time I go and sometimes I learn about fishing !!
