    Exclamation East fork lake water conditions?


    Need a report on water clarity and is the algae bloom still there? Planning on going tomorrow or Friday

    Lake looks good. There is a log or 2 floating just west of the Tate ramp "no wake area" that I saw last night so be careful.

    Lake still has some algae. Water temps 76. Caught 40 crappie, 5 keepers. Biggest 12". Caught fish 8-15' deep on dropshot with minnow. Big fish on jigs. Got on lake at 8am off 1pm.

    Went Tuesday took grandkids and wife. Caught around 20 crappie. Fished from 11:30am to around 3pm. Kids had a blast! Had 4 keepers. Water temps 81, lake in good shape, not too much algae, lots of pleasure boaters and people at the beach. Heading back on Friday for some bass fishing.
