I was out on Piedmont yesterday, some fishing, some exploring for structure while the water is so far down. The shocker was the water tempature, A WHOPPING 54 degrees on the surface. All I can think is I am glad I didn't haul all my ice fishing equipment. Can't imagine what we have to get to make safe ice.
