    i would guess that...upper end=north end. Lower end=southern end.
but then again im just a hillbilly from across state lines, and i kinda hate that lake now(its the new ceasars creek), so take it with a grain of salt.

Not sure how many people speak "Yates", but im sure someone here can interpret for sure.

Default What did you catch them on?

Upper end is always in the river where the lake begins. Lower end is down around the dam.

hello James... a lake is like a river, if you go up river you go to the upper end, the end with the dam would be down river or the lower end also the deeper end, that as long as you are on the up river side of the dam...

It's that time of year! Weekly Sunday and Monday reports from Yates. Cooling water. Winter pool coming on quick. Gotta love it!
Hopefully I'll see some of ya on the water this weekend. Probably be out Saturday and Sunday at least for a few hours both days. Gotta get my boys out there Saturday one more time while it's still somewhat warm out. Hopefully they'll have moved up a little more by then with a little stable weather. Be nice to really put them on a mess of slabs. They're starting to think their old man can't doesn't know what he's doing anymore.
