we have voted on some changes for next year.out of 10 tourneys you only have to fish 8 as they will take your best 8 finishes.entry fee is now 75.00 instead of 50.00 with the same amount going towards the jackpot at the end of the year.that means 55.00 per team will be paid back each tourney.if we only average 20 teams there will be 1100.00 paid back each tourney which will make it alot more interesting to new teams..the cull rule is gone but you are not allowed to be inside the island buoys with more than 7. there is a 9 inch limit next year so if you bring a short fish in that fish is dq and an eight oz. penalty is incurred.jigs and minnies are allowed.tourney hours will be 7 to 3 or 8 to 3 depending on time of year.no schedule changes this year.the championship will be the 1st week of Oct.and we will have only 2 or 3 summer tourney's.we will probably start in March.hope everyone likes the new setup..remember it is impossible to make everyone happy but i think all these changes will make our league grow and make it more competitive than it alredy is..

Y Slabs the people that got to vote were the people that stayed and fished SUN. and went to weigh in. Tbone (Wheelbearing) for got one thing about next year at each tournement when you get to the boat ramp you will get a disposeable plastic bag that you will put your fish in when you get to weighin line after you drain the water off the fish. you will get a new one each tournement the old ones will be discarded. Mike Russell (Harrys Partner) is in the prosses of looking for the bags. The purposs of this is the scale basket will stay dry and the fish will stay still when in the basket that way the scale schould not have to be rest in the middle of weigh in.


The other rule change is Tbone (Wheelbearing) will have to reel with his right hand and is limited to 2 jigs and 2 jig bodys and one float for spring tournements and speck gets to pick the jig bodys and jigs out for each tournement. then he has to use a cane pole in the summer and only gets 7 minnows and has to give up his GPS for all summer tournements. we voted on this while you were in the bathroom and chikenlegs was on the phone

Tbone, they also voted when you were in the restroom that the river was off limits in March, April and Oct. Also if you win the first tourney of the year you have to fish the goldmine the rest of the year.

Damm, I,am still trying to learn how to catch fish at that hole in the summer, now I have to bring along a philly lawyer to keep me straight:D

Off limits to TBONE. It's fine for everyone else to go up the river anytime. Its a rule to make things equal, figuring since Tbone has all those secret spots all over the lake that he doesn't need the river. Not that there are any fish in there anyway.

damn i would hate to see the rules if we would of won..cmon guys 2nd place...i think those rules need to apply to Nichols..lol.hey speck sorry to knock your guppy out of big fish but i think our big fish inhaled your's in the cooler!!!!lol.you will get your's too pakrat with your 7 minnows and no gps...don't need the gps anymore this year or the minnies because i will be jig and corkin slabs up..can't wait for that shallow bite to start having fun again...

Hey Tbone take it easy on my guppy. That's the first white I've caught in 5 months that I couldn't see through. I was just glad to catch a good bag of fish. It had been a while. Hopefully I'l see you all Oct. 11. I've gotta move a few things around to make it work, but fishing oughta be getting good by then.
