According to the Astro Table, September 17th & 18th will be best, with major feeding times ranging 11am - 2pm. Does anybody follow these charts? Do they actually work? Sept 4 was an awesome day for me, and the chart show good also.
NP, I've read from ALOT of people as well as knowing a few that goes by the charts. Being a working man, I dont bother reading charts. I just go whenever I get a chance. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it dont...but I still enjoy myself.![]()
what little i have paid attention to them, it does seem like the days they outline have increased activity, however ive never pinpointed the times, like the 3-4 hours they list as the hot time.
The absolute best time to fish is every chance you get, your bound to run into a hot bite if you keep your line wet enough!

Sounds about right on fire the 17th and 18th and our championship is on the 19th and 20th...hopefully the water temp will drop a bunch in the next 2 weeks....
Every single day of September is a good time to be out fishing. Though, once the 26th arrives the call of the tree stand will outweigh the call of the water most times.
