Thread: Set the record straight

I gave G3 the courtesy of a pm before I wrote this. The deleted post is not what I am upset about its how it was done. I posted the thread and checked later and it was gone. Then I read to check the rules, well the rules just showed up at 11:45 this morning, first time I have ever seen rules posted.

Mr ED owns this site and can run it any way he sees fit, after all its his. But I don't have to frequent it or fool with the tourneys. If kids can't hear pooh or fart then they live in a dream world or they never watch TV. When I was a kid Dad would take me to deer camp and to the fishing club I never heard F'bombs but those old geezers would cut one on me in a flash. Thats what I remember about that, and the cigar smoke!

Well....The rules for this site have always been on the top of the page on the Crappie forum on the main board. They are also at the top of the page on the Newby forum. Also Here is a rule that pstone put up when the Mississippi Off Topic forum started....these are pstones words " Hey guys the rule are pretty much the same as always, kid friendly, and we will be cool."

I posted a copy of Ed's rules over here on our board this morning because I felt like we need a copy of them over here.

I am truly sorry that you feel the way that you do Torch. I did what I felt was right. I have been told all day...you should have done it this way , or you should have done it another way, or what you should have done is this etc., etc. I did what I did because I thought it was the right thing to do......the deleted thread is still here ( just hidden) if Ed wants it back up...I will put it up. Every thing that a moderator does thru the mod control panel is logged to a file...Ed knows and can see everything that we do.

I hope this all works out. It sounds like a PM to the author explaining why it was deleted should work.
