Default Where's Ole Snapper Head Wannabe

Haven't heard a word from that poo head all day. I sent him a pm last night about some FJ tournament rules. He's more than likely home brushing his pretty hair and beard....
Maybe satdoc will know. At the Grenada single pole FJT, does that mean that a two man team can troll with two poles, or do we have to hand fish each pole, are rod and reels allowed.....Hummm?

It is just what it says, SINGLE POLE. ya can hold it or troll it. Just one pole per man w/artifishal bait only.

    8) Tournament Series. Series will consist of 7 Tournaments and 1 Championship. Lakes will be Grenada, Enid, Sardis, Arkabutla, Washington and Ross Barnett. Dates will be chosen separately and the lake master (Bigger) will match the dates to each lake. The Championship lake will be chosen at a later date at the Lake Master’s discretion, but is not limited to the lakes we’ve already fished. One of these tournaments will be a single pole, artificial only tournament. The remainder will be multiple poles.

Thanks Satdoc... So the rod and reel is not allowed? Hate to keep asking questions, but just thought the r&r would also be considered as a pole.

I consider a rod and reel the same as a pole and reel.....but thats just my thinking.

I verticle jig a lot with a 6 and a half ft. spinning rod and reel. I do this when fishing in deep water....We fish a lot like that when I go to Dale hollow lake in TN. The water is really deep and lots of downed trees laying on the bottom.

Yeh...dadgummit Cowboy is confusing us.:D I myself do not see any difference at all between a pole or a rod. The rules state on the one pole tourney that you can only use one pole per person. To me I would think it would be your choice one pole or one rod....just as long as its just one. Whether or not you got a reel on your pole or not shouldn't matter. Come on satdoc dadgummit, and give us a official ruling on this.
