It is really even better ( I know for some) to add two table spoons of tony cacheres creole seasoning to it and mix it up good.

I will have to try that Tony Cacheres. They have Andy's cajun at our Wal-mart and it is also really good. But there is one thing I have learned is you don't argue with Mississippi people about good food. Some of the best eating I've had is in MS.

WalMart's in Memphis have it. Picked up 3 bags yesterday. $1.50 bag is a good deal in my book.

Found it at Kroger, in Tupelo. As many times as I go to academy sports I am set now . They are very close together.

Yep, our Kroger's carry it here but not Wal-Mart. I got lazy Sunday and didn't feel like making my own for just 8 fillets, bought some Zatarain's Crispy Cajun breading at Wally world. It's good and pretty dang spicy, fried up a little to thick for me, I like prefer a light breading on my feesh..

I live in Andy's country. Could drop off a trailer load on my thru next time? We switched over to Louisiana Fish Fry Seasoned Crispy few years back and love it. They also make a Cajun version that is little hotter and a New Orleans version that has a lemon tint to it. But the Seasoned Crispy is the best. Add some instant mashed potatoes flakes and you will have the best fried fish ever IMO.
