    Default Instead of an air fryer


    After much research and thought I decided to buy a Showtime Rotisserie instead of an air fryer. I have the 5000 Platinum model. It came with an accessory kit that allows me to cook a host of different things. I used it for the first time last night and cooked a 6lb chicken and it came out great with the skin crispy. I love it.
    I may be getting older but I refuse to grow up.

    Yup. I ain’t really sold on an air fryer. I guess to feed 2-4, people it’s ok.

    I went to a tire store once and the owner had a prime rib roasting on one. Cut me off a slice.... Best prime rib I ever tasted. Found one at an estate sale and took it home. Cooked maybe a chicken a year in that thing. Cooks great chicken and not to hard to clean either but took up to much counter space for me so it's out in the shed. Anybody got something they'd like to trade for one?

    I have a 11 lb Brown Sugar Ham in it now and boy does it smell good.
    I may be getting older but I refuse to grow up.

    There you go Spindle starting stuff.:rolleyes: After reading your post this morning I told the wife to get our old rotisserie out. Now we are going to have
    rotisserie chicken for supper tonight. That sugar ham sounds might good also.
